CF 9 Standard Edition, and need to Display the Crystal Reports 2008 .rpt

Hello  !!

I  am using CF 9 Standard Edition, and need to Display the Crystal Reports  2008 .rpt file in the Browser. This is not Possible using Unrefernced  URL's as per the SAP experts https://forums.sdn.sap.com/message.jspa?messageID=6270917.

I Hope that  it can be done some how using CF 9. Could some one Point me in the  Right Direction. I am unable to Find much documentation, Cfreport Tag  doesn't work with this Version of CR2008, I am running on the WIN X64  bit.
