CFChart Item Titles with Spaces Wrap

I am using CFChart.
The titles for the items in the chart often have spaces in them.

Here is the JPG that gets created if I leave the spaces in the titles.

Here is the JPG that gets created if I replace the spaces with underscores.

I have tried replace the spaces with #Chr(160)# which are non-breaking ASCII spaces, but that does not do any good.

I have spent over 2 hours searching for solutions on line, but cannot find one anywhere.
