Are Multiple cfchartseries/seriescolor Values for Bar Chart Possible

Client wants their reporting bar charts adjusted to show green bars when counts are better than 90%, yellow when better than 80% but less than 90% and red when below 80%. It is possible to have multiple series color based upon count values?
