Excel format doesn't work in Report Builder

Im displaying reportes in PDF format from Report Builder
But the same report doesn't work if I choose the excel option.

It works for MSExcel 2002 and 2007 but it doesn't work for Excel 20003

Please let me know what could I check in order to fix this.
